How to delete your Lanhy account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app or the website.
From the mobile app
Open the Lanhy app → tap the menu icon → Settings → scroll to Danger Zone → Delete My Account. Confirm the warning, then enter your password to finish.
From the website
Go to your Profile → Edit Profile → scroll to Danger Zone → Delete My Account. Confirm the warning, then enter your password to finish.
What happens next
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your account cannot be recovered afterward.
- Your profile — name, username, bio, photos, WhatsApp/phone number, location
- Your product listings and their images
- Your posts, comments, likes, saves, and reshares
- Your messages and conversations
- Your orders, saved addresses, reviews, and follow relationships
- Your push notification token and any saved app preferences
One exception: if you've completed an order with another buyer or seller, a basic record of that transaction (amount and date, not your profile details) may be kept in the other party's own order history, the same way it would after any marketplace purchase. Some information may also persist briefly in backups before being purged on our regular backup rotation.
